About Us
Resoil: Pioneers in Sustainable Waste Management
ReSoil is a UK-based infrastructure company focused on transforming organic waste streams into long-term value for soil, food systems and climate resilience.
We act as the official UK representative and implementation partner for Biactro Technology®, deploying a proven ecosystem that enables farms, cooperatives, public bodies and agri-industry to transition from linear waste management to circular, on-site regeneration.
Our work sits at the intersection of:
- Agriculture
- Environmental policy
- Circular economy
- Climate action
We don’t sell concepts.
We implement operational systems.

Our Mission
Transforming Waste into Regenerative Assets
ReSoil’s mission is to enable the UK’s transition to living soils and resilient food systems by transforming agricultural and organic residues into regenerative resources — safely, locally and at scale.
We believe that:
- Organic waste is not a problem, but mismanaged potential
- Soil regeneration is the foundation of food security and climate resilience
- Solutions must be measurable, scalable and economically viable
- Our approach is pragmatic, science-based and aligned with real-world regulatory and operational constraints.
What We Do
From Organic Residues to Living Systems
ReSoil deploys the Biactro Technology® Ecosystem.
This ecosystem:
- Transforms slurry, manure and organic residues in minutes
- Produces a Class-A, pathogen-free regenerative fertiliser
- Operates on-site, without emissions, odours or leachate
- Enables full 1:1 circularity from waste to soil
Where appropriate, the system can be extended with intensive crop growing modules, creating local cells of food sovereignty with full traceability from waste → soil → food.
Our Role in the UK
More Than a Technology Representative
ReSoil is not a reseller.
We act as a UK implementation and coordination partner, ensuring that regenerative infrastructure is:
- Aligned with DEFRA, EA and NVZ frameworks
- Compatible with Net Zero, Clean Air and Farming Rules for Water
- Deployable within real planning, permitting and funding contexts
Our role includes:
- Market deployment strategy
- Institutional and policy engagement
- Pilot project design and coordination
- Stakeholder alignment (farmers, councils, cooperatives, water companies)
- Long-term scaling frameworks
We bridge technology, land, regulation and finance.
Why ReSoil Exists
From Compliance Pressure to Regenerative Opportunity
UK agriculture faces increasing pressure:
- Emissions reduction
- Water protection
- Nutrient regulation
- Rising fertiliser costs
- Degraded soils
Most solutions focus on containment, delay or compliance.
ReSoil exists to implement systems that:
- Act at source
- Deliver immediate, measurable outcomes
- Convert regulatory pressure into opportunity
This is not about incremental improvement —
it is about changing the operating logic of organic matter management.
